Child Trust
Add a simple trust to your basic Will to stipulate the age at which your children inherit from.

With a CTF you can set a high age (i.e. 21, 25, etc…) to ensure that your child will be more responsible when receiving their inheritance
With the Trust clause, your Trustees can use some of the legacy for your children’s Education, Welfare and Maintenance.
Right to Occupy
Creation of a trust allowing the Testator to include a ‘right to occupy’ in their property for an individual person.

Without an LPA it is up to the Court of Protection to decide who looks after your affairs. This can cost you £000’s in fees every year if the Court act.
